Could play with this for hours. Via positivecurfew.
Something I’ve been thinking about.
Well, is the Ching* logo actually. In the beginning the star was only there to let people know this isn’t the definite logo.
Ching*
*This logo is in beta.
Than the logo with the star kinda grew on me. And on JP too.
More: the fact that the logo was in beta grew on me too. I liked that concept, it means it can be improved upon. Actually I like the idea of being able to look upon everything as being in Beta. Look at the world and look for ways to make it better. That’s the business we’re in.
So I like the fact that our logo is in Beta.
But I don’t think I will like it very long. It can be improved upon. So then I thought about by which tagline it should be replaced when I’m bored with it.
I came up with about a zillion.
Than it hit me!
A tagline is a variant of a branding slogan typically used in marketing materials and advertising. The idea behind the concept is to create a memorable phrase that will sum up the tone and premise of a brand or product (like a film), or to reinforce the audience’s memory of a product.

A status message is a function of some instant messaging applications whereby a user may post a message that appears automatically to other users if they attempt to make contact. It is analogous to the voice message in an answering machine or voice mail system. However, status messages may be displayed even if the person is present. They are often updated much more frequently than messages in answering machines, and thus may serve as a means of instant, limited “publication” or indirect communication.

So there shouldn’t be some generic, oh-aren’t-we-smart tagline attached to Ching*. It should be like a status message in Facebook or on Gmail, it should be the latest Twitter.
We should embrace the constant change rather than try to avoid it.
Of course, I had to take it one step further. So I thought of that time when God descended upon the earth and told us:
“A brand is the collection of experiences people associate with your brand.”
So it’s not up to me to set the Ching* brand’s status message. It’s up to whoever feels like it.
A public status message of a brand.
We’ve got something here.

Cool, but I’m missing Blassie in here.
One sentence
As you were breaking up with me, all I could think about were those mornings when you compared the Pop-Tarts and gave me the one with more frosting.
I really like this website.
On genius
“The guy who invented the wheel was an idiot. The guy who invented the other three - he was a genius.”

A Symphony in (some alphanumeric charachter)-Minor
I really think Air should release “All I need” as a symphony that lasts an hour and a half.
That song could be such a great soundtrack to all sorts of wonderfull moments. (I can’t think of any other than a sunset right now, but I really mean all sorts of wonderfull moments.)
Now it just bugs me that it’s too short. I know “don’t give enough so they crave for more” always works, but this time it really annoys the hell out of me.
