This is the area on the site where Christian would announce his various skills and accomplishments, if he weren't so darned modest.
No one, in my opinion, ‘deserves’ to have the last word. The person entitled to the last word is the last person to have spoken — i.e. the person who has actually spoken (or written) the last word.
